The Marabu-Textil Painter contains a water based fabric paint for a beautiful glitter effect. The paint is suitable for almost all light and dark-coloured, non-finished natural textiles (up amaximum 20% sythetic) that are free of dressing. The paint, which is touch dry in about 30 minutes, is heat fixed by ironing. After fixing, it is light-fast, wash-resistant up to 40°C and has a soft feel.
I have tested this product on light and dark fabrics the results were stunning.
Textil Painter Glitter Instructions
All textiles must be free of proofing and softening agents. Shake the painter well before use and press the tip gently several times. Allow your design to dry for approx. 30 min. Then fix by ironing for approx. 5 min. (i.e. 3 min. for each area of 30 x 30 cm). Use the iron on the cotton setting without using steam. Fixing is also possible in the oven, at 150°C, for approx. 8 min. (except for synthetic and blended woven fabrics). Store Marabu-Textil Painter Glitter in a horizontal position!
