Create fashionable 'illusion' necklaces with these silver plated crimp beads. This size is perfect for the 7 Strand wires in Beadalon's Bead Ready™ sets which are available separately. Squeeze the crimp beads onto the wire with a Micro Crimp tool or a small pair of pliers. You can use them to keep beads apart, showcasing the wire or incorporate them into your design as an accent or spacer bead.

Beadalon Designer EZ-Crimp Pliers

This Beadalon EZ-Crimp tool is designed to fit Beadalon's exclusive range of EZ-crimp ends and findings. These are available separately in Beadalon's Bead Ready Sets. To use the EZ-Crimp Pliers: insert the cord all the way into the EZ-Crimp hole, place the smooth portion of the EZ-Crimp finding into the semi-circle of the EZ-Crimp Pliers and squeeze the handles together closing the crimp onto the cord. The cord should then be held firmly in place.

Beadalon Bead Ready™ Necklace

Bead Ready is a partially assembled necklace base from Beadalon. It is made up of a 20" wire with one EZ-crimp finding and a lobster clasp attached to one end, and a second EZ-Crimp finding ready to be attached to the other. When you have finished adding your beads to the wire, complete you necklace (or bracelet, the wire is easily cut) by attaching the second EZ-Crimp finding to the unfinished end of the wire. For best results we recommend Beadalon EZ-Crimp Pliers for this project but you can squeeze the crimp with a small set of ordinary pliers.

Bead Ready sets as shown in the picture are available individually and in group packs of 6 or 12. Each set contains a 20" Beadalon 7 strand wire, in satin silver finish, with silver plated crimps and clasp. Beadalon 7 strand wire is similar to regular tigertail but it has a smoother coating.

Bead Ready products are recommended for age 10 and over, because of the wire thread. Please note beads and pliers are not included.

This soft, black elastic bead cord stretches like a rubber band. It’s ideal for stretch bracelets, power bracelets, and hair bands. Designs made with Elasticity™ drape elegantly and will retain their stretch. We normally allow 12" per bracelet. (Clear Elasticity is available separately).

The price is for one reel of cord your choice of width/length. 1mm thick cord is perfect for little fingers learning to make jewellery with beads that have large holes. The .8mm thick cord is also suitable for beads with smaller holes.
